Job Description

. Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, pantry, and common areas

. Clean and maintain restrooms regularly to ensure hygiene standards

. Prepare and serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors

. Assist in handling incoming and outgoing documents or small deliveries

. Support basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing materials

. Assist in packing and handling goods in the warehouse when the warehouse executive is on leave

. Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and inform admin when items are low
