Hiring: Operations & Sales Manager

Salary: Minimum ₹18,000 per month

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Operations & Sales Manager to manage daily operations, customer relations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise ice loading and truck dispatch operations.
• Collect cash payments and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain sales, collection, and customer ledgers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Conduct cold calling and generate new business opportunities.
• Visit potential customers and promote company products.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with drivers, loaders, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, collections, and dispatches.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, operations, accounts, or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of ledger maintenance and cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations will be an advantage.
