Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Therapy SupportAssist in carrying out prescribed treatment plans as directed by the Ayurvedic doctor.
- Ensure treatments are delivered safely, effectively, and professionally.
- Patient CarePrepare patients for therapy sessions and help them feel comfortable and relaxed.
- Monitor patient condition during sessions and report any concerns to the doctor.
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Preparation & SetupPrepare therapy rooms, materials, and equipment before each session.
- Ensure all items are properly arranged and ready for use.
- Post-Treatment CareAssist patients after sessions and guide them on basic care as instructed.
- Ensure the patient is stable and comfortable before leaving.
- Hygiene & CleanlinessMaintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in all therapy areas.
- Clean and organize equipment and workspaces regularly.
- Record KeepingMaintain basic treatment records and daily activity logs.
- Report inventory needs and usage of materials.
- CoordinationWork closely with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage time effectively to maintain patient schedules.
- Professional ConductDemonstrate a polite, calm, and caring attitude.
- Follow clinic policies and maintain professional ethics.
- Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Ayurvedic principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and hygiene awareness
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
