Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive (Telecaller) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer queries, promoting our PCD Pharma franchise opportunities, and achieving sales targets through telecalling and follow-ups.



Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the PCD Pharma Franchise business model.
  • Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Promote the company’s product range and services to clients.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good client relationships.



Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical/PCD franchise industry preferred.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
