Job Description
Preferred Candidate-Male/Female
Age Limit-Below 30 years
Qualification:-Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
Experience-0 to 1 year of experience in a back-office or process coordination role
Key Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate daily operational and back-office processes.
- Maintain and update process records and documentation.
- Verify and maintain inventory, purchase, and stock-related records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Required Skills:-
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data entry).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Graduate with up to 1 year of experience in back-office, operations, or process coordination.
- Familiarity with jewellery industry processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Hindi and basic English communication.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
