Job Description
Cake Academy of Chandigarh is looking for a friendly, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist cum Telecaller / Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be able to guide prospective students about our courses while managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, batches, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Manage the reception desk and greet visitors professionally.
- Schedule counselling sessions and maintain student records.
- Respond to WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries.
- Maintain daily lead reports and admission records.
- Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student requirements.
- Ensure a positive experience for every walk-in and caller.
