Job Description

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Address customer queries and resolve basic complaints promptly.
  4. Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
  5. Food Preparation & Service
  6. Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
  7. Maintain product quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
  8. Serve food orders accurately and within defined service timelines.
  9. Cash Handling & Billing
  10. Operate POS systems and process customer payments.
  11. Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
  12. Maintain proper billing records and cash reconciliation.
  13. Store Operations
  14. Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
  15. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  16. Assist in receiving, storing, and managing inventory.
  17. Support opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
