Retail Sales Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our beverage distribution network across assigned territories in Mumbai. You will be the face of the brand at the ground level, managing distributor relationships and ensuring strong retail counter coverage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets across assigned territory in Chandigarh
• Manage and grow a network of 100+ retail counters including kirana stores, modern trade & HoReCa outlets
• Conduct regular beat plans and market visits to ensure product visibility and availability
• Onboard new retail outlets and build strong relationships with existing distributors
• Execute trade schemes, promotions, and in-store activations effectively
• Monitor competitor activity and report market intelligence to the reporting manager
• Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments
• Submit daily sales reports (DSR) and maintain accurate MIS records

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the Beverages / FMCG industry (mandatory)
• Graduate in any stream (BBA / B.Com preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Chandigarh geography and local market dynamics
• Proven ability to manage a distributor and retailer network independently
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi (preferred)
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
