Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Retail Sales Officer (RSO) to strengthen the retail and distribution network in Chandigarh. The role focuses on driving secondary sales, managing distributor and dealer relationships, expanding the retailer network, and achieving business targets. Candidates from the Electrical, FMCD, FMCG, Lighting, Switchgear, Wires, or Home Appliances industry will be preferred. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive secondary sales
  • Manage distributors and dealers
  • Build retailer relationships
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Expand market coverage
  • Submit sales reports
  • Coordinate with channel partners 


Requirements:

  • 1–5 years in Channel/Retail Sales
  • Experience in Electrical/FMCD/FMCG industry preferred
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • CRM/mobile sales app familiarity is an advantage
