Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial safety products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Promote safety products through direct sales, presentations, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and contractors.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and branding activities.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industrial safety products, PPE, or fire safety sales.
• Knowledge of B2B sales, tenders, and institutional clients.
• Digital marketing or lead-generation experience is an added advantage.
