Job Description

  1. Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
  2. Show and explain jewellery collections (Gold, Diamond, Polki, Silver, etc.)
  3. Build trust and good customer relationships
  4. Handle billing and approval processes
  5. Maintain stock display and cleanliness at the counter
  6. Follow up with customers for repeat business
  7. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and gold scheme targets
  8. Minimum 1 year of experience in Jewellery/retail sales
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  10. Good product knowledge (basic idea of Jewellery types, karat, stones, etc.)
  11. Smart personality, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
  12. Basic knowledge of billing software (if any)
  13. Fluent in Hindi and basic English/Punjabi preferred
  14. Well-groomed and punctual
  15. Female/male both can apply
  16. Age: 21–35 years
  17. Honest, responsible, and sales-driven
  18. Lives in or near Mohali/Chandigarh
  19. Serious about long-term job stability
