  • Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and social media leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Explain gym packages, fitness programs, and promotional offers to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth operations.
  • Plan marketing and promotional activities to increase memberships.
