Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Showroom Sales Manager to oversee daily operations at our premium laptop showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail sales executives, driving showroom revenue, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an ideal role for an ambitious professional with 1 year of experience looking to grow their career in retail management and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Guide and motivate a team of 3–5 retail sales executives to meet individual and showroom targets.
- Train staff regularly on newly launched laptop specifications, technical features, and customer handling.
- Create daily rosters and assign floor duties to ensure optimal customer coverage.
- Monitor staff performance and provide real-time feedback to improve sales closure rates.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive showroom sales for laptops, gaming rigs, tablets, and extended warranty packages.
- Assist floor executives in closing high-value deals or resolving technical queries for walk-in clients.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally to maintain an excellent showroom reputation.
- Build strong relationships with corporate or bulk buyers to secure repeat business
