Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B & Enterprise)

Location: Chandigarh Tricity

Employment Type: Full-Time (Field Job)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a week (Sunday Off)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this dynamic, field-based role, you will be responsible for driving B2B and Enterprise sales. You will act as the face of our company, engaging directly with business owners, corporate clients, and key decision-makers to build relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sales & Prospecting: Actively seek out new B2B and enterprise sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct field visits.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential corporate clients to present our products/services.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize your incentive earnings.
• Market Research: Gather feedback from the field, monitor competitor activity, and identify new market trends.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports of field visits, sales pipelines, and client feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or a similar field (B2B or Enterprise sales experience is a major plus).
• Must be comfortable with a 100% field-sales role and travelling within the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable).
• Minimum Education: [e.g., Graduation in any stream].
