Sales & Marketing Executive , PCD Executive

Key Responsibilities & Role:

• Lead Generation & Sales: Making outbound calls to prospective customers to sell PCD franchises or third-party manufacturing services.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing clients, handling queries, and resolving complaints.
• Product Promotion: Explaining product features, benefits, and market USP to potential buyers.
• Order Management: Coordinating with production and logistics teams to process orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Targets: Working towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales, revenue, and client acquisition goals. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences is often preferred.
• Experience: Generally requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in pharma sales or a similar role.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), strong persuasion abilities, and good communication skills. 

Distinction in Role:

• PCD Executive: Focuses on appointing distributors/franchisees for exclusive territories.
• Third-Party Executive: Focuses on finding clients who want to manufacture their own branded medicines through the company's facilities.
