Description
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding activities from offer acceptance to Day‑1 readiness.
- Coordinate with recruiting, HR, IT, payroll, and background verification teams to ensure timely joining.
- Ensure accurate employee data entry in HR systems and maintain onboarding records.
- Address onboarding‑related queries from new hires and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor onboarding SLAs, track exceptions, and highlight risks or delays proactively.
- Support process improvements, documentation, and onboarding audits.
- Prepare onboarding dashboards and regular status reports for stakeholders.
Qualification and required experience:
- Graduate / Post‑graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Onboarding / HR Operations / Pre‑boarding roles.
- Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance, and documentation.
- Experience working with HRIS tools and ATS platforms.
