Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and growth-driven Social Media Manager who understands not just content, but how content moves users through a funnel and drives conversions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content writing, script writing, ad creatives, funnel strategy, and audience psychology, with the ability to create scroll-stopping content and revenue-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Strategy
Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Develop and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns and launches
Write compelling captions, posts, and storytelling-driven content
Plan content formats like reels, carousels, and short-form videos
2. Funnel-Based Content Strategy (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
Plan and execute content across the full funnel:
TOFU: Awareness, reach, viral and educational content
MOFU: Engagement, trust-building, value-driven content
BOFU: Conversion-focused content (offers, testimonials, urgency)
Align content with user journey and buying intent
Create content that moves users from awareness to conversion
3. Buyer Persona & Audience Understanding
Define and understand target audience and buyer personas
Create content tailored to audience pain points, desires, and behavior
Use audience psychology to improve engagement and conversions
4. Social Media Growth
Plan and execute strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement
Identify trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies
Create scroll-stopping hooks and high-retention content
Continuously experiment and optimize content performance
5. Ad Creatives & VSL (Video Sales Letter)
Write high-converting ad copies (hooks, headlines, primary text)
Create multiple creative angles (pain point, curiosity, authority, results-driven)
Write and structure VSL scripts (Hook → Story → Offer → CTA)
Understand organic vs performance creatives
Assist in planning ad shoots and creative execution
6. Script Writing & Storytelling
Write scripts for reels, ads, testimonials, webinars, and brand videos
Use frameworks like Hook–Story–Offer, PAS (Problem–Agitate–Solution)
Align content with short attention spans and platform behavior
7. Webinar & Launch Content Planning
Plan and write content for webinars, workshops, and launches
Create pre, during, and post-webinar content
Write promotional sequences, reminders, and follow-ups
Align webinar messaging with funnel stages and conversion goals
8. Landing Page & Conversion Content
Write or assist in writing landing page content (headlines, sections, CTAs)
Ensure messaging consistency across ads, content, and landing pages
Optimize content for conversions and user experience
9. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track reach, engagement, CTR, leads, and conversions
Analyze performance and optimize content strategy
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights
10. Collaboration
Work closely with graphic designers and video editors
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
Provide clear direction for creatives and execution
11. Brand Management
Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions
Build strong brand positioning and authority
Required Skills:
Strong content writing and copywriting skills
Expertise in funnel-based content strategy (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Understanding of buyer personas and audience psychology
Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks and viral content
Strong knowledge of VSL and ad creative writing
Script writing and storytelling expertise
Knowledge of webinar and launch strategies
Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion content
Familiarity with tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing brand social media accounts
Experience with UGC-style and performance creatives
