Job Description
About Averto Media: Averto Media is a creative media agency with 8 years of experience & 800+ clients across India. We offer Social Media Management, Video Production, Podcast Studio, Influencer Marketing & Corporate Shoots.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create & manage content calendars for multiple client accounts
- Design & post engaging content — posts, reels, stories & carousels
- Write captions, hashtags & on-brand copy for all platforms
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube pages
- Reply to comments, DMs & community engagement
- Run & monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Prepare monthly performance reports for clients
- Coordinate with design & video team for content creation
- Stay updated with latest social media trends & algorithms
Required Skills:
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube management
- Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
- Canva / Adobe Express / basic Photoshop
- Content writing in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of analytics & insights
- Scheduling tools — Buffer / Hootsuite / Later
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
- Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication preferred
- Digital Marketing certification is a plus
Experience:
- Fresher to 3 years (Freshers with strong portfolio welcome)
- Agency experience preferred
- Must share portfolio of managed social media accounts
