About the RoleMagna Metal & Mill Stores is looking for a Store Assistant to support daily store, warehouse, and dispatch operations. The candidate should be active, responsible, and comfortable handling industrial materials, arranging stock, preparing orders, and assisting the store and sales team.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in industrial goods, hardware, electrical, plumbing, tools, pumps, motors, pipes, fasteners, bearings, machinery spares, or warehouse operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in receiving, checking, and arranging incoming material.
• Pick, pack, and prepare material for customer orders.
• Support loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods.
• Arrange stock properly in racks, shelves, bins, and store areas.
• Help locate products quickly for sales and billing teams.
• Check quantity and condition of material before issuing or receiving.
• Assist in stock counting and basic inventory checking.
• Report low stock, damaged items, or mismatched material to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
• Help with customer material handover at the counter or dispatch area.
• Handle industrial products carefully, including heavy or technical items.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred:

• Industrial product stores
• Hardware and tools shops
• Electrical goods / switchgear stores
• Plumbing, PVC, CPVC, and pipe fittings stores
• Pump and motor dealers
• Bearing, gearbox, and machinery spare parts stores
• Sanitary or building material stores
• Warehouse, packing, or dispatch operations
• Required SkillsBasic understanding of store or warehouse work.
• Ability to read product names, sizes, quantities, and item codes.
• Physically active and willing to handle material movement.
• Disciplined, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions properly.
• Basic customer interaction skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn industrial products and store processes.
• QualificationMinimum 10th / 12th pass.
• Prior store, warehouse, dispatch, or industrial goods experience preferred.
• Freshers may also apply if they are active and willing to learn.

Experience Preferred: 0–2 years in store, warehouse, packing, dispatch, hardware, electrical, plumbing, or industrial goods handling.
