Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

  • Supervise daily pickup, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities.
  • Ensure shipments are processed according to company SOPs.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve operational issues promptly.

2. Team Supervision

  • Manage delivery executives, warehouse staff, and drivers.
  • Assign routes and daily tasks to team members.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance.
