Telecaller

We are looking for a proactive and professional Telecaller to manage leads provided by the company and convert them into walk-ins and successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls using company-provided leads
• Explain services clearly and professionally to prospective clients
• Generate interest and convince leads to visit the office (walk-ins)
• Schedule appointments and follow up regularly with interested candidates
• Maintain proper call records and update lead status in the system
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for walk-ins and conversions
• Address client queries and provide accurate information
• Coordinate with the counseling/sales team for smooth handover of walk-in clients
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients
• Ensure a positive and professional communication experience at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/Punjabi preferred)
• Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales (freshers can also apply)
• Ability to handle rejection and work on targets
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
