Key Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making cold calls to potential clients or handling incoming customer calls to provide information or assistance.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Persuading customers to purchase products, services, or schedule appointments.
• Customer Support: Addressing questions, complaints, and providing solutions with a positive attitude.
• Data Maintenance: Recording details of customer interactions, updating contact information, and managing customer databases (CRM).
• Performance Targets: Achieving daily/monthly call volume and sales quotas set by management
