  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates
  • Explain consultancy services clearly and professionally
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain and update client/candidate databases
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful clients
  • Coordinate with internal team for smooth processing
