Job Description

Need Telecaller for sector 37 office candidate prefer near by location.

if candidate travel no issue

  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Service Explanation: Explain various immigration programs (e.g., Permanent Residency, Student Visas, Work Permits) and processing timelines.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations for prospective clients with senior immigration counselors or legal advisors.
  • Inbound Query Resolution: Handle incoming calls, answer questions about visa procedures, and provide general information.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and track client interactions, lead statuses, and follow-ups accurately in the company CRM.
