Job Description
Outbound Calling: Contacting prospective and existing clients to introduce new products, services, or special offers.
Lead Generation: Qualifying leads and identifying potential customers to build a robust pipeline for the sales team.
Customer Support: Handling incoming calls to answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
Follow-ups: Nurturing leads by conducting regular follow-up calls and sending requested information.
Data Management: Accurately documenting customer details, feedback, and interaction history within company databases.
Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or closed sales.
