Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls daily to prospects from a provided database to pitch company services.

Client Counseling: Explain service offerings, criteria, and processes clearly to potential applicants (e.g., visa types, documentation overview).

Lead Qualification: Identify serious prospects, understand their needs, and filter out unqualified leads.

Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments and coordinate schedules between qualified leads and senior consultants/sales managers.

Database Management: Keep a precise, up-to-date record of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM or database.

Follow-ups: Follow up diligently with prospects who showed initial interest but haven't committed yet.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly/monthly lead generation goals.

Education: 10+2 in any stream.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; 6 months experience in outbound calling, telesales, customer service, or the immigration/consulting industry is a major plus.

Language Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the regional language and conversational English (depending on target market needs).

Key Skills:

Excellent active listening and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle rejections politely and maintain a positive attitude.

Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
