Job Description

Tele caller executives : To call the customers for the regular service of the vehicles periodically for the Maruti Suzuki cars at authorized Maruti Suzuki dealership. To explain the customer regarding the service schedule, its parameters and estimate for the service of the vehicle. To guide the customer for the periodic service schedule, its importance and regular service check points. To book the appointments for the servicing of the vehicle and greeting the customer along with reminding the service schedule.
