Hiring: Telesales Executive – Pharmaceutical

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company engaged in third-party manufacturing and B2B pharma marketing. With a strong network of WHO-GMP certified manufacturing partners, we specialize in delivering quality, scalable, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions across tablets, capsules, syrups, sachets, and other dosage forms.
Our focus is on speed, reliability, and long-term client relationships, helping businesses launch and scale their pharma products efficiently.
Role: Sales Executive (Inbound + Cold Calling)
We are looking for result-oriented Inside Sales Executives who can handle both inbound leads and proactive cold calling to generate and qualify business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from portals with a quick response time
- Understand client requirements: dosage form, quantity, packaging, and timeline
- Share initial costing using internal pricing systems
- Conduct cold calling using the company database to generate new leads
- Qualify prospects and schedule discussions for the senior team
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in pharma / third-party manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident in both inbound handling and cold calling
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and dosage forms
- Ability to work with targets and follow structured processes
- Good listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Marketing CRM tools, email handling)
