Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and providing information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.


  •  Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
