Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented MICE Sales Manager to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) segment by leveraging strong corporate relationships, industry connections, and proven sales expertise.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities across Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Handle MICE accounts and clients from initial discussions through proposal and coordination stages.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate travel segment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design competitive MICE proposals, itineraries, and packages.
• Develop and leverage corporate networks to generate qualified business leads.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the MICE vertical.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support repeat business opportunities.
• Required Skills & Experience3–10 years of relevant experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Travel, Hospitality, or a related industry.
• Strong existing network and connections with corporate clients.
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, client handling, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and networking capabilities.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
• Candidates from the hotel industry with strong corporate connections are also encouraged to apply.

Candidate Location PreferenceOnly local candidates will be considered. Applicants should currently be based in:

• Chandigarh
• Mohali
• Panchkula

Candidates applying from outside these locations will not be considered for this position.

Interview ProcessThe selection process will consist of 2 rounds:

1. Interview with the Operations Head
2. Final interview with the Managing Director (MD)
