Job Title: Visa Counselor
Location: Chandigarh
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students and clients through the visa application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding study, visitor, tourist, work, and PR visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Explain documentation requirements and visa procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions or applications.
- Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide regular updates.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an advantage).
- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
- Positive attitude, sales-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
