Job Description
Client Consultation: Assess a candidate’s eligibility for different visa categories (e.g., student, tourist, work, or permanent residency) and clearly explain the process. Documentation Management: Collect, review, and verify crucial paperwork like passports, financial records, admission letters, and employment contracts.
Application Filing: Accurately fill out visa application forms and submit them through the respective government or embassy portals.
Interview Preparation: Train clients for consulate or embassy interviews, helping them anticipate and answer questions from visa officers.
Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor application statuses, coordinate with embassy officials, and keep clients updated on their case progress.
Policy Compliance: Stay up-to-date with shifting international immigration laws, embassy regulations, and travel policies
