Job Opportunity: Visa Counselor
We are looking for experienced candidates; however, freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through various channels such as live chat, email, social media, and phone calls
- Adapt sales pitches based on customer needs and responses
- Maintain and update customer contact databases
- Provide suggestions and solutions according to customer requirements
