Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

Handle student/client queries regarding study abroad and immigration services.

  • Counsel clients for countries like UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.
  • Explain admission, visa, and documentation processes to clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication.
  • Guide students regarding course selection, university options, and eligibility.
  • Coordinate with the documentation and processing team.
  • Maintain daily reports and client records.
  • Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
  • Attend walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries professionally.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of study visa or immigration process.
  • Ability to handle calls and client follow-ups.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM will be an advantage.
