Job Title: Associate Manager
Industry: Administration (in Information Technology company)
Experience Required: 6-8 years with hotel management background in facility services (Food & Beverage )
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Shollinganallur, Chennai
Job Description:
Overseeing the daily operations of F & B department.
Developing different varieties of food menus.
Providing excellent customer service.
Monitor the Facilities operations like HK, Pantry and mail room services.
Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping, and parking teams.
Instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the property.
Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Ensuring coherent availability and utilization of resources in Banqueting & Food court.
Space & Access Management: Optimize space utilization, manage moves, maintain records, and handle upgrades.
Coordination with professionals for repairs to the building, equipment, or machinery
Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter.
Ensuring the property meets local and industry-specific safety guidelines
Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
Audit management: Internal & external facilities audit, engagement audit - furnishing / providing required artifacts and documents and closing identified observation & NC's within specified SLA s.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Skills & Qualifications Required:
BSc Hotel Management
MS Office 365
5 years experience in 5-star hotel.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, work collaboratively with colleagues’ volunteers and other stakeholders.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritize the task and meet deadlines.
