Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Servicing

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance (e.g., cleaning filters, flushing drain lines, checking refrigerant levels) for all branch and corporate units.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in split, VRV/VRF, packaged, and central AC systems.

Corporate & Branch Support

• Travel between designated branch locations and corporate offices as per the scheduled or emergency maintenance calendar.
• Coordinate with regional facility managers to align maintenance schedules with business operating hours.
• Audit HVAC assets across branches and recommend equipment replacement to the corporate facilities team when repair costs exceed value. 

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain accurate, logged records of service history and parts replaced for each facility.
• Ensure all installations and repairs adhere to company safety policies and local health regulations.

Requirements

• Education/Certification: Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or an ITI / vocational certification in HVAC.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across regional branches with a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities, proficiency with electrical testing equipment, and good communication skills for collaborating with branch staff.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
