Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and student- focused student counsellor to guide and support prospective students in selecting the right courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counsellin students, and converting leads into admissions while maintaining stron relationships with students an parents.3.
1.Handle walk-in,telephonic and online enquiries.
2.Provide Course information and career guidance.
3.Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
4.Convert enquiries into admissions(acheive targets).
5.Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates.
6.Coordinate with trainers for demo sessions.
7.Maintain student database and records.
8.Support in admission process and documentation.
9.Assist in promotional activities(Calls,campaigns,social media)
