Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations at Pallywear Gifting Solutions Private Limited. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in accounting software and strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Maintain cash book, bank reconciliation statements, and ledgers
• Prepare GST, TDS workings and assist in returns filing
• Monitor cash flow management and financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Coordinate with auditors as required
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Required Skills:

• Experience in Tally ERP
• Knowledge of Zoho Books
• Strong cash flow management skills
• Good knowledge of accounting principles & MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field
• Salary As per company standards (or specify range if you want)
