Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company’s financial reporting and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
  • Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and banks when required.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
