Job Title: Junior Accountant (Male Candidates Only)

Job Summary :Spectra Perfect Ventures Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
• Maintain accurate financial data and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
• Generate financial reports and MIS reports as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of bookkeeping and ledger management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
