Job Description
Job Title: Admission Counsellor – EdTech (NEET Focus Preferred)
Location: Harur / Dharmapuri (Food & Accommodation Provided)
Salary: ₹30000– ₹45000 + Attractive Incentives
Job OverviewWe are hiring passionate and result-driven Admission Counsellors to guide students and parents in selecting the right courses. The role involves handling leads, counselling students, and converting enquiries into admissions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with student leads
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
- Counsel students/parents and address queries
- Convert leads into admissions (target-based role)
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records
- Build strong relationships with students
- Eligibility CriteriaAny degree (12th pass with experience can also apply)
- Good communication skills (Tamil + basic English preferred)
- Experience in Telecalling / Sales / Counselling is a plus
- NEET / EdTech experience is an added advantage
- Skills RequiredCommunication & convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
