Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our team as AR Caller Trainees. The role involves handling US healthcare accounts receivable processes and interacting with insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to US insurance providers
Follow up on outstanding claims and payments
Analyze claim status and resolve denials/rejections
Maintain accurate documentation of calls and updates
Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher candidates only
Male candidates preferred
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work night shifts
Employment Details:
Permanent role with 2-year employment agreement
Must submit 2 educational certificates (10th / 12th / UG / PG)
Salary & Benefits:
₹18,500 Take Home per month (First 12 months)
₹25,000 Take Home per month (Next 12 months after revision)
Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Important Notes:
No transportation will be provided
Strict night shift job
