Job Description
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to meet company targets
- Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to maximize productivity and provide excellent customer service
- Handle staff scheduling and attendance tracking to ensure proper coverage
- Manage inventory levels, including conducting stock counts, receiving shipments, and preventing loss
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries, taking corrective action when needed
- Previous experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail software, inventory management, and CRM tools
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
