Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Maintaining, updating, and securing confidential company records and databases.
- Administrative Support: Assisting departments with day-to-day operations, including managing inventory and preparing reports.
- Financial Operations: Processing invoices, managing payroll, handling billing, and updating accounting software.
HR Skills
- @ Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to act as a bridge between management and employees.
- HR Technology Proficiency: Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday).
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development expertise.
Business Development
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively sourcing new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business or upsells.
- Strategic Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
