📍 Location: Pattabiram, Chennai
TIDEL Park, Pattabiram, Chennai - Tiruvallur High Road, Pattabiram, Avadi, Tamil Nadu, India
Job Description:
Teleperformance is hiring for a Banking Voice Process to handle customer interactions efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are eligible
- Languages Required: Telugu & English
Salary Package:
- Freshers: ₹16,000 Take-Home
- Experienced Candidates: ₹17,000 Take-Home
Shifts & Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 days working
- Week Off: 1 rotational off
- Shift Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts- In a Month one night shift can expect
