Job Opening: Voice Process Executive (Banking Process)
Company: MASS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
Location: Kodambakkam
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position: Voice Process Executive – Banking Process (Personal Loan & Car Loan)
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Voice Process Executives to join our Banking Process Team, handling Personal Loans and Used Car Loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact customers and explain banking products related to Personal Loans and Car Loans.
· Generate and follow up on leads.
· Assist customers with loan eligibility and application procedures.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Eligibility:
· Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
· Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
· Basic computer knowledge required.
· Strong sales and customer service skills.
