Job Description
The Real Estate Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role involves building relationships with clients, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
* Explain project features, pricing, location, and available offers.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits with the sales team.
* Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely information.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
* Update management on lead status and customer feedback.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
