Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, leading and developing the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day branch operations. The Branch Manager will play a vital role in enhancing branch performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations and administration of the branch.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop the sales and service teams.
- Drive branch revenue by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize branch profitability.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.
- Maintain employee discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, collections, and operational reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with senior management and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Ensure smooth branch operations while maintaining quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Graduate).
- 3–6 years of experience in Branch Management, Sales, or Operations.
- Proven experience in leading teams and consistently achieving business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on experience and performance.)
