Position:Building Maintenance Manager

📍 Location: Chennai

  • Eligibility:BE Mechanical / BE Electronics Candidates Preferred
  • Degree Holders Only
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience Mandatory
  • Experience in Multiple Maintenance Fields Required
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
  • Job Responsibilities:Managing Building Maintenance Operations
  • Handling Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Works
  • Supervising Maintenance Teams & Vendors
  • Ensuring Proper Safety & Equipment Maintenance
  • Coordinating with Management for Maintenance Activities

Salary:💰 ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 Fixed Salary
