We are looking for a results-driven Business Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and can convert prospects into customers through exceptional communication, persistence, and consultative selling.

You will be the voice of IndiaFilings — engaging SMEs and startups, understanding their compliance and business needs, and guiding them towards the right IndiaFilings services. Your earnings will be directly and significantly tied to your performance through a structured, incentive-linked target system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Own 

•  Make outbound calls to SME and startup prospects, pitch IndiaFilings services, and convert leads into paying customers

•  Handle inbound enquiries promptly — qualify leads, understand requirements, and close sales within defined TAT

•  Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas; incentive pay is directly tied to quota achievement milestones

•  Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools — track every lead, follow-up, and closure diligently

•  Upsell and cross-sell relevant IndiaFilings services (company registration, GST, trademark, compliance packages) based on customer profile

•  Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close deals confidently while protecting margins

•  Maintain high call quality, call volume targets, and customer satisfaction scores on every interaction

•  Follow up on pending proposals, trial users, and unconverted leads with structured re-engagement sequences

•  Provide accurate sales forecasts and daily/weekly performance reports to the reporting manager

•  Coordinate with operations and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless post-sale customer onboarding

•  Gather market intelligence — capture common objections, competitor mentions, and customer feedback to share with the product and marketing teams
